Once you've placed an order and we've got your payment sorted, we start getting your stuff ready. This usually takes about 2 business days, except on weekends and holidays.

2. How We Send Stuff and How Much It Costs?

We've got different ways to send your order, from regular to faster options. The cost depends on how heavy your order is and which shipping method you choose. You can check out the costs when you're finishing up your purchase.

3. Where We Ship?

Right now, we only send orders to addresses within the United States.

4. Tracking Your Order

When we send your order out, we'll email you a tracking number. You can use this number to keep an eye on your package, either on our website or the delivery company's site.

5. When Things Don't Go as Planned

Sometimes, things like bad weather or customs issues can slow down delivery. We'll do our best to get your order to you on time, but sometimes there might be delays. Thanks for understanding if this happens

6. Making Sure Your Address is Right

It's important that you give us the correct address for shipping. Double-check before you finish your order to make sure everything's correct. We can't be responsible for orders sent to the wrong address.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Liven Haven is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you think your package has gotten lost or stolen, get in touch with the delivery company to sort it out. We'll help you with any info you need to make a claim

8. What Happens if a Delivery Fails?

If delivery doesn't work out, for example if you're not there to get it, you'll need to get in touch with the delivery company to arrange a new delivery or pick it up. If the package comes back to us because of this, you might have to pay to have it sent again.
